Foaming Regulator YS-901

YF-901 is an ultra high molecular weight polymer developed by our factory, whose molecular weight is pretty high. It is made of acrylic acid monomer through multistage emulsion polymerization.
Adding YF-901 to PVC foam products can promote the gelation of PVC, increase the strength and elongation of melts, improve the surface quality of products, stabilize the fine foams formed by foaming agents, avoid breaking the cell walls and penetrate through each other to form macropores, so the foam formed not only has the low density, but also high intensity.

Performance

  • This product is widely used in PVC extrusion foam products, such as foam sheet, medium and heavy plate, WPC floor, foam sole and foam decorative materials.

Packing And Storage

  • 25kg / bag, 500 kg / bag,，PP outer bag lined with PE inner bag.
  • The product should be stored in a cool and dry environment.
  • The limited period of the product is tentatively 2 years.
  • After the period of validity, the product can continue to be used after passing the test.
